We kicked off the third stage of the Keypro Leadership Program, an initiative that reaffirms our commitment to developing leaders ready to face the challenges of today and tomorrow.

Skills we are deepening

In this new stage, as in the previous ones, we will work with Ithaca Consultores, deepening key skills such as:

• Coordinating actions.
• Trust.
• Effective communication.
• Feedback.
• Leadership for team management.

Recognizing those who have already walked the path

This milestone was also an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the leaders who successfully completed the first two stages of the program, highlighting their commitment to continuous learning, personal development and strengthening our organizational culture.

We believe leadership is built through reflection, practice and continuous improvement.

That is why, over the coming months, our leaders will take part in sessions, mentoring and support spaces that will strengthen their ability to deliver results through people.
