A day to empower women’s talent at Keypro

Last Friday we shared an especially meaningful experience for all the women at Keypro, as part of our Women’s Month theme: “Women who inspire”.

The activity, designed and facilitated together with the consultancy Metahumano and led by its Director, Cecilia Bertea Claro, created a safe and deeply valuable space to reflect, learn and connect through our personal and professional stories.

What we worked on

During the day we worked on key topics for the development of our team members:

• Recognition of individual career paths and strengths.
• Identifying everyday sexism and tools to address it.
• Group activities that strengthened bonds beyond our roles.
• An inspiring mentoring session led by Andrea Balboa and Andrea Azúcar, who shared real experiences of leadership, conflict resolution and managing high-performance teams.

Everyone’s energy and participation made clear something that is part of our identity as a company:

Women’s talent drives our culture, our technical excellence and the transformation of the industry.
