Nelson Grez joined Keypro with experience in technical drawing and today, four years on, he is a designer in an environment that has evolved towards BIM models and integrated processes.

His work connects engineering with construction, producing drawings for structures and civil works where clarity, coordination and judgment remain key, beyond any technology.

He highlights constant learning and working with young teams, in a collaborative environment that combines experience with new methodologies.

After a health episode, he now places emphasis on balance and on workplaces that support that process.
