Engineering that flows with purpose
Culture and Talent
Carolina Silva, a civil engineer from Universidad de Chile, has found in hydraulics a field that matches the way she understands engineering: understanding processes as well as designing them.
She currently works at Keypro as a Hydraulics Project Engineer, taking part in the design of water and slurry systems, hydrological studies and sanitary solutions. Her strength lies in approaching every challenge rigorously, weighing technical variables, context and operation. Her field experience reinforces that approach, connecting design with operational reality.
Outside work she finds balance in dancing, an activity that helps her recharge.
At Keypro, her work reflects a way of doing engineering based on analysis, collaboration and a deep understanding of processes.
