When Melissa Martínez joined Keypro more than five years ago, she came in to support reporting and project control. From that first role, her career has been marked by constant learning, continuous improvement and a strategic outlook that grew along with the team and the company’s challenges.

Today, as a discipline lead, Melissa plays a key role in the way we manage the information that drives decisions. From tracking progress and payment statements to in-depth data analysis and process optimization, she has become an essential bridge between the technical, the administrative and the strategic.

Her contribution has been decisive in strengthening our management systems, improving the reliability of information and supporting project managers as a genuinely trusted resource. Professional growth that reflects not only technical command, but also leadership, judgment and business vision.

Outside work, Melissa balances her professional life with caring for and supporting her teenage daughter, a stage she faces with the same dedication and responsibility she brings to her projects. In her personal time she finds inspiration in reading, travel, gourmet cooking, pilates and trekking, along with the company of her cat Coco, a faithful ally in her daily routine. Activities and experiences that reflect something also present in her working day: method, discipline and a constant search for new challenges.
