ACO–SIQ aqueduct master program

Master program for the execution of an aqueduct and its associated tunnel, covering critical engineering, permitting, EPC tendering, land acquisition, construction and community engagement activities. The project’s critical path and baseline schedule were defined, along with an analysis of interdependencies and timelines. The study included optimization measures to bring forward commissioning, a risk assessment and the consolidation of information into a preliminary GIS model for project planning and control.
